Sis. Kathryn Rogers
Sis. Kathryn Rogers accepted Christ as an eight-year-old and fully gave her life to Him a few years after college graduation. She has played a significant role in CCC since its inception, which included teaching, counseling, administration, outreach to ministers wives, and encouraging people in their Christian walk. She assists Pastor Rogers in the development of leadership training, apologetics, spiritual gifts, and various other curricula. She currently leads the church’s Discovery series, which is a ministry to new members and new converts. This series is a component of CCC’s discipleship program.
Sis. Kathryn holds a B.S. degree from U.C. Davis, and Masters degrees from the University of Southern California’s Price School of Public Policy, and Biola University’s Talbot School of Theology. She is certified in mediation, organizational effectiveness, and employee relations law; and served three terms on the Board of Trustees for a college-preparatory school in her community. Prior to retirement, she had a long-term professional career in higher education and national security where she held several senior management positions in human resources, business and operations.
